History of Dalhousie University

Series contains an incomplete run of Dal Magazine, formerly titled Dalhousie Magazine and Dalhousie Alumni Magazine. There are no issues for 2014.

The University Archives holds a complete run of the Dalhousie Gazette, dating back to 1869. The collection has been digitized and made available in DalSpace. It is an invaluable source of information about campus life over the years.

Dalhousie University Calendars from 1865 to 1950 are scanned and available online. A complete run of university calendars is available in the University Archives. The early calendars contain lists of students enrolled in each faculty. Some calendars from individual faculties and schools can also be found in the University Archives.

Digital copies of Dalhousie University yearbooks from 1927 to 1998 are available in the Archives Catalogue. Faculty yearbooks (e.g., Law, Engineering) can also be found in the University Archives or in other locations throughout the Dalhousie Libraries.
