    • Dalhousie ITS and Help Desk employees can help with issues such as:
      • Remote access.
      • Logging in.
      • Dal e-mail problems.

      • Helping you reset your Net ID password.
      • Helping you with your PIN or Dal Online, etc. (Since One45 is a Faculty of Medicine-specific product, any One45 problems would best be addressed through UGME either in Saint John or Halifax).

    • The NetID & Password page is a very useful site to visit before you need to reset your password so that you can give them an alternate e-mail address to help with password resets.
