Guest accounts are short-term NetID accounts created for people outside of Dalhousie who require temporary access to Dalhousie resources. Guest accounts are active for up to two weeks from the date of creation.
Staff in the Archives and Special Collections Reading Room can issue guest accounts for visiting researchers. If you are planning a visit, please contact archives@dal.ca and request a guest account for the duration of your visit. Provide the following information in your request:
- Name
- Email address
- Duration of visit
Please note that guest account holders must follow all applicable Dalhousie University policies and protocols. Visiting researchers must review and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy and Guest Account Protocol before getting access.
