Comparative Constitutional Law

The Comparative Law Blog covered developments in the broad field of comparative law, with special emphasis on comparative theories and methods of judicial decision making. Postings include cases, working papers and other materials. This blog is dormant but archived posts could be useful.

The function of the British Association of Comparative law (formerly the UK National Committee for Comparative Law) is to coordinate and encourage comparative legal research and teaching throughout the UK. Their blog publishes posts with information and commentary on constitutional law, as well as a wide range of other topics.

Juris Diversitas was founded in 2007. They are an international, interdisciplinary community for the study of legal and normative mixtures and movements. Originally comparatists, they have opened up a conversation with anthropologists, geographers, historians, philosophers, sociologists, etc. both within the law and beyond. Their Blog is a public site dedicated to legal and normative hybridity and diffusion, past and present and around the globe.
