Bibliographic databases such as Web of Science and the others listed below will help you to identify scholarly journal articles needed to complete your assignments in SUST 1000.

An international bibliographic database covering every aspect of food science, technology and human nutrition. Includes topics such as biotechnology, economics, manufacturing, legislation and commodity packaging. Also includes topics such as additives, beverages, cereals, dairy products and other food products.

Browse subject-specific databases using the library's Subject Libguides
Within a Subject Libguide, look for the tabs that read "Key Databases", "Databases", "Find Articles" or "Articles and Reviews". These should lead you to the relevant databases in which you can search for articles on your topic.

Document Delivery

If the article that you need is not available through the Novanet libraries, you may wish to order the item through the Dalhousie Document Delivery service. This service is free of charge to Dalhousie students and faculty who hold a valid Dal ID card, and as long as you request delivery to a Dalhousie library.
