Centre staff are not proofreaders or editors, but will work with you one-on-one to become an independent, confident writer.
Centre staff can help you with:
research papers, course assignments
sourcing and citing research material
grammar, punctuation, mechanics of writing
applications/letters of intent for admission and scholarships
technical writing in science and engineering
English as Another Language (ESL/EAL) support

There are also seminars and eventsscheduled throughout the school year. These seminars are free and are open to all Dalhousie students. They are held in room 2616 of the Killam Library on the Studley Campus, and are from 5 - 6 pm.
