It's Show & Tell!

We're all using SpringShare products and this is a chance to share what we're using and how we're making them work for us.

When? Friday December 12, 2014 10:30am - 3:30pm
(Storm date is Monday December 15, 10:30am - 3:30pm.)

Where? Killam Library, Dalhousie University
The LINC (Learning Incubator & Networking Centre), Room 2600

On December 12, this room is booked for an exam until 10am. Please do not arrive before 10.20am.


About the LINC

This is an interactive classroom - laptops are welcome.
The presenter is able to project to all screens in the room. Individuals can project to the screen in their pod, or the presenter can allow an individual to project to all screens. If you are not a presenter, and you still want to share something from your SpringShare application, you can!
Bring your laptop for the mini-Hackfest/Sandbox at the end of the day. Instructions for LINC technology, and guest Dal wireless logins (for those not using Eduroam) will be provided to registered participants.

Parking!

Parking - everyone's favourite thing about events at Dal!


But - exams will be almost over by SpringShare Day, so it should be easier.

Metered parking is available on LeMarchant St and University Avenue. There are also some metered spaces off Dalhousie Dr (off Coburg Road) near the Chase (Math) building, and the Life Sciences Centre. 

Visitor parking permits are available for $14.50 at the Dalhousie Security Office on the underground parking level of the McCain building. (Foot entrances off Seymour and LeMarchant St. Vehicle entrance from Seymour St only.)

Please note that the Dunn parking lot, behind the library, between the Dunn Physics building and Fountain (Howe) Hall is a restricted reserved lot for Dunn permit holders only. (ie no visitor passes in that location)
