Dataverse is a repository that allows you to deposit, share, cite and explore research data. If you are interested in depositing data in the Dalhousie University Dataverse, contact the Research Data Management team. More information about Dataverse can be found on the Dataverse section of the Research Data Management subject guide.
FRDR - Federated Research Data Repository
The Federated Research Data Repository (FRDR) is for Canadian researchers to deposit and share research data. FRDR is a good repository to deposit very large files and datasets. It also supports automatic preservation using Archivematica. If you are interested in using FRDR, check out the "Before Depositing" page on the FRDR website.
DalSpace is the University's institutional repository - a digital service that collects, preserves, and distributes digital material produced by the Dalhousie community. DalSpace is a great place to deposit publications. To learn about content guidelines, policies, and how to deposit, view the Help documents.
If you are looking for a data repository, try searching the Registry of Research Data Repositories (Re3data.org), a registry of world-wide research data repositories in a variety of disciplines.
Be aware that some commercial repositories charge annual fees for their services.
