The Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP) is the CFIA's approach to encourage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems in all federally registered establishments. Provides various resources for HACCP systems, including:

Canadian Food Labelling

Standard created by the Canadian General Standards Board. In recognition of heightened interest regarding foods that are and are not products of genetic engineering, countries and international bodies have examined approaches for identifying such foods through labelling, to assist consumers in making informed food choices.
