Commissioned by the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement (CFHI, formerly CHSRF), this study from McMaster University examines attempts to strengthen primary health care through collaborations between primary care and public health sectors. The study explores the structures and processes required, and discusses the roles of nurses and other providers in these collaborations.

Register now for the 3rd annual Dalhousie Libraries Research Bootcamp! Bootcamp sessions are free to Dalhousie students.
